SPARKULOUS is a residential house cleaning company at 2192 W College Ave in Englewood, Colorado, serving Englewood and the wider Metro Denver area. The company describes itself as obsessed with two things at once: delivering a house cleaning service its clients cannot match elsewhere, and taking care of the cleaners who do the work. That second commitment is spelled out on the site as a minimum of three weeks paid time off, industry leading wages and realistic working hours, and the owner states that nobody enters a client home without being fully vetted by the back office. Cleaning work covers recurring visits on a weekly, every other week or every four week schedule, deep cleans, one-time and a la carte visits, cleaning before a big move, short term rental turnovers, and a Resimercial product built for residential-adjacent businesses such as furniture galleries, design studios, architectural showrooms, boutique office spaces and residential leasing. Every clean follows the same checklist: flooring vacuumed by backpack or upright depending on the surface and hand washed where appropriate, upholstered pieces vacuumed and pillows fluffed, kitchen counters, appliances, sinks and microwave wiped inside and out, bathrooms cleaned by hand from tile to mirrors, dust removed rather than pushed around across sills, ledges, shelves, fans, blinds and light fixtures, and fingerprints wiped from windows where noticeable. Bed making, sheet changes and fresh towels are included with every clean when a second set is left out, and clients can supply their own products or preferences instead of the ones SPARKULOUS brings. Pricing is quoted in the home rather than published online because every house starts from a different base level of cleanliness. The Client Care Manager schedules a one-to-one in-home visit, presents a custom quote, and the company holds to it: if the clean runs over the quote SPARKULOUS absorbs the cost, and if it runs under, the client is billed less. Residential visits carry a 2.5-hour minimum, regularly scheduled cleans every two weeks and less earn a 10% discount from the area base price, and payment can be handled by card autopay, an emailed invoice with a payable link at no additional fee, or Venmo. Off-hour, weekend, party and private event cleaning is also available under separate scheduling terms. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm, and is closed Saturday and Sunday.
