Partially Completed Forms

Our quote and contact forms have several steps. We may save what you have entered before you reach the final step, so you can pick up where you left off and so we can see where a form is hard to complete. A partially completed form that is never submitted is deleted after 30 days.

Google Sign-In & One Tap

When you sign in using Google, we access only your name, email address, profile image, and Google Account ID. We do not access your password, contacts, or any restricted Google data. Google OAuth data is not used for advertising, profiling, or data resale.

Information Automatically Collected

When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, referring page, and pages viewed. We use your IP address to estimate your approximate location so we can show nearby businesses, and to apply security and rate limiting. This information also helps us improve our services and user experience.

Information From Public Sources

We may collect publicly available business information to populate and enhance business listings in our directory.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the service providers listed below, with a business you contact through the site, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer or merger.

4. Service Providers

We rely on the following providers to operate DashPages. Each one processes only the data it needs for the purpose shown, and each is governed by its own privacy policy.

• Supabase (sign-in and account management)
• Resend (transactional email, including delivering quote and contact requests)
• Google (Maps, reCAPTCHA, Analytics via Google Tag Manager, Sign-In, and Places)
• Sentry (error monitoring)
• Upstash (rate limiting and abuse prevention)
• Anthropic and Firecrawl (AI-assisted processing of publicly available business websites when we build directory listings)
• ipapi.co (approximate location from an IP address when our hosting platform does not supply it)

5. Quote and Contact Requests

When you send a quote request or a contact form to a business listed on DashPages, your message is received by DashPages staff and forwarded to that business by email. Our team can therefore see the contents of your request. We do not use these requests for advertising, and we do not share them with any business other than the one you contacted.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, enhance your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and understand usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Google Maps & Third-Party APIs

Our website integrates Google Maps and other third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.

This site is also protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

Two specific periods apply. A partially completed form that is never submitted is deleted after 30 days. Account and listing activity logs are retained for up to 24 months.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.

Google User Data Disclosure

DashPages's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your account from the bottom of your Dashboard profile page, or email team@dashpages.io and we will process the request within 30 days.

If your business listing was created from public sources and you would like it corrected or removed, write to us at the same address.
