TECC Residential Painting is a painting company based in Colorado Springs, Colorado that has served homeowners across the city and the wider Pikes Peak Region since 1981. The company handles exterior painting, interior painting, cabinet painting, floor coatings, deck refinishing, caulking, drywall repair, and siding repairs, which covers both the finish work and the surface repairs that come before it. Exterior painting is presented as protection from Colorado sun, wind, moisture, and daily wear as well as a curb appeal improvement, while interior work covers walls, ceilings, trim, and living spaces with careful prep, clean lines, and a smooth finish throughout. Cabinet painting and refinishing is offered as a way to give kitchens, bathrooms, and built-ins an updated look without full replacement, and floor coatings are described as durable treatments for cleaner, stronger concrete floors. The company states that it is fully licensed and insured, including workers' compensation and liability coverage, and that its team members undergo background checks and drug testing before working on customer projects. TECC reports more than 500 projects completed across Colorado and an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, which it has been accredited by since 1993. The process runs in three steps: a visit to the home to listen to the homeowner's needs and provide a clear quote, then scheduling and surface prep planned around the homeowner, then the finished result. Estimates are free and quotes are described as carrying no obligation.
