Is your work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every project we complete is protected by our 1-Year Workmanship Warranty. It covers paint adhesion issues, peeling or premature wear, texture or stucco inconsistencies from our application, cracks caused by improper prep or materials, and carpentry defects such as joint separation or finish flaws. It does not cover damage from external causes like water, structural movement or impact, normal wear and tear unrelated to workmanship, or previous contractor work unless specifically included.

Do I need to be home during the project?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients are not home while we work. As long as we have access and clear communication, we can complete the project and keep you updated on progress and any decisions that come up.
