Ace of Diamonds Painting is a locally owned and operated painting contractor on Iron Horse Drive in Longmont, Colorado, founded in 2009 by owner and operator Dustin Hunter, who was born and raised in Longmont and studied communication at the University of Colorado Boulder. The company handles residential and commercial work across Northern Colorado's Front Range, including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, commercial and multi-family projects, limewashing brick, staining and refinishing, and epoxy floor coatings. Its position is that most painting contractors offer a handshake and a hope, so every job is backed instead by a warranty for up to 7 years, background-checked local crews, and a documented process that keeps the customer informed from the first brush stroke to the final walkthrough. Preparation is treated as the bulk of the work: on interiors the crew masks the entire floor space, covers remaining furniture, handles repair work, cutting and tape caulking, and the company states that prep makes up about 90% of a quality interior job. Exterior projects begin with a full pressure wash to strip dirt, debris, mildew and chalking, then a full mask of brick, windows, fixtures, roof line and decorative landscaping, scraping and feather sanding of bare wood, spot or full priming, and caulking with a premium elastomeric acrylic sealant, before the body is sprayed and the trim is hand-brushed and rolled with acrylic paint chosen to hold up in Colorado's changing climate. Customers get their own login to the company's project management software to track progress, and every project closes with a review of the finished work to confirm satisfaction. Estimates are free and carry no obligation, the office aims to make contact within one business day of a form submission, and financing through Hearth is available for customers who prefer monthly payments. Ace of Diamonds Painting is fully licensed and insured, and the team also includes Production Manager Zach Croteau, Office Manager Melody Jauregui, and Project Consultant Cameron Jauregui.
