Expert Pool Cleaning Services is an experienced swimming pool care provider on N University Drive in Pembroke Pines, Florida, serving residents in the Pembroke Pines area. The company is family managed and describes a big desire to give neighborhood residents excellence in pool service workmanship at affordable rates. Weekly service is built around 23 maintenance points: technicians test and maintain pH, total alkalinity, chlorine, chloramines, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, total dissolved solids, saturation index and water temperature, manage salt content on saltwater pools, adjust valves, empty skimmer and pump strainer baskets, clean the sweep wall screen, backwash the filter, brush walls, steps and spa, and net the pool. Two plans are offered. The Full Plus Pool Service Plan starts at $129 per month and adds weekly leaf vacuuming, hose vacuuming and netting, while the Essentials Pool Service Plan starts at $99 per month for pool and spa owners who prefer to handle the netting and extra vacuuming themselves. Monthly service fees are based on a four week billing cycle, and homes with a spa attached to an inground pool have the spa included in the quoted price, which can adjust the monthly total. Technicians use pool supplies, parts, equipment and products from top brands including Jandy, Hayward, Polaris and Pentair. Beyond weekly maintenance the company is a full service operation covering leak detection, filter cleanings, acid washes and equipment repairs on timers, motors, valves, filters, pumps, heaters, controllers and automatic cleaners, plus spa and hot tub repairs, pool lighting corrections, tile work and cracked deck repairs. Most repairs carry a $149 diagnosis fee that is applied toward any approved pool equipment repair. Weekly route service runs in the 33028 zip code and many surrounding neighborhoods, and customers are asked to call to confirm availability at their address. All plan work is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a No Algae Guarantee.
