AlphaWash Grand Palms is a car wash and auto detailing business at 110 Grand Palms Drive in Pembroke Pines, Florida, operating out of the north parking lot at Grand Palms. It runs the AlphaWash Smart Detail System, which the company says was started with the sole purpose of creating a safe, efficient, and sustainable way of cleaning cars. Over the years AlphaWash committed to researching and obtaining the best methods, products, and tools, and the result is a system that details cars using 100 percent biodegradable eco-friendly products and no water at all. There is no need for loud pressure washers, leaky hoses, or dirty buckets. The waterless method uses solutions made of polymers and surfactants that lift and encapsulate surface dirt and grime, which is then wiped away with plush microfiber towels. AlphaWash states the method will not scratch a vehicle, and that the hand-washing technique buffs out the polymers to leave a wax-like finish. The products are premium-grade exterior and interior cleaners, conditioners, and protectants that the company describes as earth-friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable, derived from natural resources such as palm, coconut, corn, and soybean, with no silicone, ammonia, or petroleum. Because no water is used, there is no mess and no toxic run-off. The service menu runs from basic washes through to complex detailing needs and is listed as Smart Wash, Deluxe, Smart Interior, Smart Exterior, and Smart Detail. A typical clean takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours depending on the size of the vehicle, the services selected, and how much dirt and debris there is. AlphaWash also comes to you: the team will visit an office or home or anywhere else in the areas it serves, and you do not need to be present while the vehicle is cleaned. Recurring schedule plans can be arranged weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. Appointments can be booked online, with access available 24 hours a day, or by calling the shop directly, and payment is processed on completion of service. The company's stated mission is to contribute to a sustainable world, which it pursues by reducing water consumption, using zero gas-powered equipment and vehicles, running equipment that produces less than 70 decibels of sound, and exploring alternative power sources. AlphaWash also has a Palm Ave location at 10002 Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines.
