There are no binding contracts or required schedules, PROs bring their own supplies and equipment, and only animal-safe and kid-safe products are used. Free estimates are offered on all cleaning services, and the PRO Clean Promise covers any oversight reported within 24 hours of an appointment. Carpet cleaning and window cleaning are not offered at this location.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. MaidPro Cooper City does not require a contract or a locked-in cleaning schedule. The most popular recurring frequency is biweekly, but PROs can come monthly, weekly or even twice a week, and you choose the level of clean each time.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every house cleaner is hired, trained, licensed, bonded and insured by MaidPro, and all PROs are carefully screened and trained before they are sent to a home.
What is included in a regular cleaning?
Regular cleans follow the MaidPro 49-Point Checklist and cover the kitchen, bathrooms, sleeping areas and living areas. Before starting, the team asks which areas of your home need the most attention so the clean can be focused where it matters most to you.
Do you offer carpet cleaning or window cleaning?
No. MaidPro Cooper City offers the 49-Point Cleaning Checklist, add-ons and a wide variety of other cleaning services, but carpet cleaning and window cleaning are not offered at this time.
What add-on services can I request?
Add-ons can be attached to any recurring or one-time clean and include refrigerator interior, oven interior, cabinets, blinds, dishwashing and laundry.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. As long as the team has your instructions and a way into your home, you do not need to be present for the appointment.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the clean?
The PRO Clean Promise covers it. MaidPro Cooper City will fix any oversight or misunderstanding with your clean as long as you let them know within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment.
