Massage in Orange, Connecticut

Relax CT

We are Relax CT, a massage practice based at 370 Boston Post Road in Orange, Connecticut. Our work is led by Chris Barbieri, LMT, who blends deep tissue, Russian sports massage, shiatsu, myofascial release, stretching, and an understanding of Eastern philosophy into each session. The approach is simple: listen closely, work thoughtfully, and help your body find a better balance. We offer three core services. Therapeutic Massage is focused work for chronic tension, restricted movement, and everyday aches, adjusted to the pressure and pace your body responds to best. Sports and Recovery combines targeted massage and mobility work to relieve tension, improve movement, and support recovery, with every session tailored to your body, activity level, and performance goals. Deep Relaxation is intentional, full-body care that calms your nervous system while still addressing the areas where you tend to carry stress. There is no rushed routine here and no generic sequence. Instead, you get skilled, personalized care focused on what will make the biggest difference for you. Whether you are an athlete working through recovery, dealing with long-standing tension, or simply looking to unwind, we take the time to understand what your body needs before we begin. If you are ready to book a session or have questions about which service fits you best, you can reach us by phone at (475) 355-7731, email us at support@relaxct.com, or schedule online through our booking page. We look forward to helping you feel better.
