Zama Massage Therapeutic Day Spa

Had one of the most amazing massages today at Zama with Lilith. Perfect pressure, perfect rhythm, perfect session!! Unfortunately, I don't live here but every time I come back to visit this will be my first stop!!

I was very grateful when I found Zama a year or so ago. My husband and I love to get deep tissue massages. My husband is muscular so usually most therapist can't get deep enough in his muscles, but Adrian proved him wrong. My back is usually super knotted up and Melssia finds every knot. We need Uber when we leave. lol Tried facials there for the first time and they were fabulous. i love that they use organic and natural products. It was a wonderful day of pampering. On the spendy side but worth every cent to me.

A soothing yet dewy fresh facial by Julie is my special treat and I highly recommend it!! This time I included a lash tinting to my appointment. I'll have to wait to comment on it. As always my Swedish massage was blissful and Julia made sure she was 'hitting the spot'. A good massage should be part of everyone's wellness journey.

Booked a couples massage with Gareth and Jebrahn. It was absolutely lovely! I thought it was really nice my massage therapist asked me about small little preferences before starting, in addition to the typical form that most massage parlors have you fill out. Afterwards we had tea and chocolate that wrapped it up very nicely. Would absolutely come again.

I had a massage + cupping with Rae today. Omg, it was the best massage I've ever had. My body feels brand new. As a baker for 10+ years and on my feet all day, my back is tense and I went into my appointment so still and tense. I left feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed. I will definitely be back. And I will certainly be recommending my friends and family to this place. It was extremely welcoming. Thank you Rae 🙏🏼

Just had a massage with Kathryn and it was honestly the best massage I've had in years. It was a perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue. She was super attentive to a few requests I had and it was overall such a wonderful experience. I already booked my appt for next month, and I don't think I've ever pre-booked a massage before!

Once I met Julia and had my first massage with her I got a monthly membership. She's a true healer in every sense of the word. I work a very physical job and I genuinely couldn't do my job without her putting me back together. She can pinpoint every spot that hurts and help me feel a million times better and she actually cares. I'm her client for life.

This was the best massage I have ever had. Tasha was my massage therapist and was amazing. The space is also so welcoming, comfortable, and calming. I will absolutely be back!

Love this place! Very cute, true to Portland vibes with a wide array of services. My massage was with Steffanie and she had such an intuitive way of working out all the tough spots for me. I love a good communicator for massage work, and the confidence.
