Maid Brigade of South Florida
Maid Brigade of South Florida is a professional house cleaning company providing residential cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in and move-out services throughout Miami and Fort Lauderdale, as well as across Miami-Dade and Broward County. Residential work is organized around regular cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or occasional schedule, plus deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, one-time cleaning, holiday cleaning, apartment cleaning, and green cleaning. A standard visit follows a published checklist. In the kitchen the team cleans countertops, the outside of the refrigerator and dishwasher, the stovetop and drip pans, the sink and faucets, and the inside and outside of the microwave, then dusts baseboards, light fixtures, and windowsills before sweeping and washing the floor. Bathrooms cover the shower and tub enclosure, disinfecting the toilet inside and out, mirrors, chrome, the vanity and sink area, and folded towels. General areas include vacuuming carpet or cleaning hardwood floors, removing cobwebs, vacuuming upholstered furniture, dusting blinds, furniture, and light fixtures, wiping doorknobs and light switches, and making beds. Deep cleaning is customizable and adds optional tasks such as cleaning inside the refrigerator, freezer, and empty cabinets, washing cabinets, baseboards, doorframes, and interior windows, and vacuuming bedding, curtains, and vents with a HEPA filter vacuum. Signature cleaning follows the PUREcleaning system, which uses HEPA-filtration vacuums to improve air quality, color-coded cloths to help reduce cross-contamination between rooms, and a final disinfecting step with an electrostatic sprayer. The PUREmist solution applies electrostatic technology to kill germs, bacteria, and viruses on high-touch surfaces in minutes, using electrolyzed water and a hospital-grade disinfectant the company describes as FDA approved and EPA registered. Commercial cleaning covers offices, schools and daycares, restaurants, fitness facilities, warehouses, and places of worship, on a one-time or recurring basis, with scheduling available after hours and on weekends to limit disruption. Every Maid Brigade employee is screened, trained, and insured, and the local team is described as thoroughly screened, fully bonded, and insured. Estimates are free and can be requested by phone at 305 430 6243 or through the estimate form on the website.
