Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Value Cleaning Services does not believe a long term contract is necessary and works to earn your trust from a job well done on every visit. The company does ask that you review its service agreement and policies so both sides are clear on the service being requested and provided.
Are you insured?

Do you bring cleaning products and equipment for home cleaning?

If you prefer specific products the company will use them as long as you absorb the additional cost, and because some green products take extra time to work, pricing is adjusted accordingly.

How do I change or cancel an appointment?
Contact the office directly. Value Cleaning Services asks for 24 to 48 hours notice so it can reschedule staff onto other assignments. With less than 24 hours notice, or if the cleaner cannot get access to the home, you will be charged 50 percent of the scheduled cleaning time, and future appointments stay on the calendar as booked.
What should I do before a scheduled cleaning?
Pick up clothing, toys, knick-knacks, and other household items ahead of the visit so the cleaning goes efficiently. Specialists are not allowed to move large items, so make any specific area you want serviced accessible before they arrive.
What about my pets?
Put pets somewhere they feel safe and secure so they are not stressed by unfamiliar visitors. For sanitary and safety reasons the specialists are not permitted to clean or pick up animal excrement. If you need that handled, the office manager can provide referrals.
