Bluewater House Cleaning stands behind its work with a 24-hour Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, or an area was missed by accident, contact the local office within 24 hours and the team will come back to re-clean the necessary areas at no additional cost.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. The team brings all of the supplies and equipment needed to get the job done. If you prefer specific products or equipment, you are welcome to request that with your local representative and provide them for the cleaning team when they arrive.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many customers are busy with work or other commitments and prefer to provide a lockbox code, garage code, or alarm code for access. Please allow a one hour arrival window, since traffic, weather, or the length of a prior appointment can shift the exact start time.
How much does it cost to have my home cleaned?
Pricing depends on the size of your home, whether you have pets that shed, and the type of cleaning you need. Call the local office for a free estimate and the team will explain all the costs in a quick five minute call and help you schedule the service.
How often can you provide service?
Service is available anywhere from more than once a week to weekly, bi-weekly, or every four weeks. Scheduling regular service also earns up to 25% off.
What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
There are no cancellation or rescheduling fees. A 48-hour warning is appreciated so the schedule can be adjusted for other customers. Call or text the local office and they will move the visit to a more convenient date or cancel the upcoming visit.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is due at the time of the cleaning. You can use a card saved on file, which is charged automatically, write a check made out to Bluewater House Cleaning, or hand cash to the team on arrival. If you are paying by cash or check and will not be home, notify the office ahead of time and leave it somewhere convenient such as the kitchen counter.
Which tasks are not included in the service?
The team does not handle biohazard situations such as vomit, blood, human or animal waste, or pest infestations. They also do not drag or move heavy furniture and appliances, wash dishes by hand, though they can load a dishwasher, reach areas beyond a two to three step ladder, clean the inside of fireplaces, or declutter rooms. Custom cleaning options are available on request.
