BIC Construction LLC
We're BIC Construction LLC, a locally owned remodeling company based in Parker, Colorado, led by owners Kyle Remley and Beau Chadwick. We specialize in transforming basements and living spaces into rooms you actually want to spend time in, whether that's a finished basement, a home theatre, a guest suite, a home gym, or a fully custom build designed around how you live. Our work covers the whole process under one roof: framing and layout, permitted electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-in, drywall and finishes, flooring upgrades, wet bar installs, lighting improvements, and built-in storage. Every surface is finished to the same standard you'd expect from the living space above your basement, and every project is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and budget. We serve homeowners in Parker, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and the surrounding Douglas County area. What sets our process apart is how straightforward we make it: we require no deposit to begin, and the detailed bid we agree on during the design phase is the price you pay, so there are no financial surprises along the way. All of our work is backed by a warranty because we stand behind everything we build. We also respond to every inquiry personally and promptly, so you always hear from a real member of our team. If you're thinking about finishing a basement or reimagining a space in your home, we'd be glad to talk through your ideas and show you what's possible. Reach out and let's plan your project together.
