We hired Shiro Builders Group to remodel our bathroom and had a great experience working with Shir and his team.
From the first meeting, Shir was honest, responsive, and easy to work with. He helped us redesign the space, convert the old tub into a walk-in shower, and made sure every detail was completed the right way. Throughout the project, he kept us informed, answered our questions, and was always available when we needed him.
The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and kept the job site as clean as possible during construction. The quality of the tile work, shower installation, vanity, and finishes exceeded our expectations.
If you’re looking for a contractor who communicates well, stands behind his work, and delivers a beautiful finished product, I highly recommend Shir and Shiro Builders Group for any bathroom remodeling project

Shiro Builders Group completely transformed our backyard into a functional and modern outdoor living space. What started as a steep dirt hillside became a custom elevated deck with retaining walls, stairs, cable railing, seating area, and beautiful landscaping details.
The entire project was handled professionally from demolition and grading to block wall construction, framing, decking, and final finishes by Shir Gal, the owner of Shiro Builders Group, and his team. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and the attention to detail truly showed in every phase.
What really stood out was the craftsmanship and vision. The deck design, clean cable rail system, composite decking, custom stairs, and retaining wall work completely changed the look and feel of the backyard. The finished project looks modern, clean, and built to last.
If you are looking for a contractor in San Diego for backyard remodeling, retaining walls, hillside construction, custom decks, outdoor living spaces, landscape design, or complete backyard renovation, I highly recommend Shir Gal and Shiro Builders Group.

Shir Gal and the Shiro Builders Group team have been amazing from start to finish. They first completed our bathroom remodel and then redid all the flooring throughout the house.
beautiful work, perfect attention to detail. After seeing how great that turned out, we had them tackle our backyard too.
They built a stunning Keystone retaining wall on our hillside, added concrete steps, and re-graded the whole yard. The work is solid, clean, and looks amazing. The jobsite was kept super clean and organized every single day.
you could tell they take real pride in their work. Crew was professional, on time, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Shir and his team for any bathroom remodel, flooring, or backyard project in San Diego!
