What areas do you serve?
We work across San Diego County, coast to inland. That includes Oceanside, Carlsbad, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and Point Loma on the coast, El Cajon, La Mesa, and Santee inland, and Chula Vista, Bonita, and National City to the south. What services do you offer?
We handle backyard and front yard remodeling, deck construction, pavers and hardscape, concrete work, retaining walls, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We plan and build each project as one coordinated scope rather than a string of separate trades.
Do you handle the design and drawings, or do I need my own architect?
We handle the drawings. Plans, elevations, permit drawings, and finish selections are all prepared in house by our design team, so everything is resolved before anyone picks up a tool. You are not managing a separate designer, draftsman, and builder.
What does pricing look like?
Every project is different, so we provide a transparent quote after walking your site and reviewing what you want to build. Things like grading, drainage, utility runs, and finish level move the number most, and we flag those at the walkthrough before you have a figure in mind.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed with the CSLB under number 1157690 and we carry insurance. Your payment schedule is spelled out in the written contract and tied to completed milestones rather than calendar dates.
Do you stand behind your work in writing?
The plan you approve is the project you get, with no handoffs and no finger-pointing between firms. We also stand behind our craftsmanship in writing, long after the crew and the fences come down.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Zelle, and cash. Under California law the deposit a licensed contractor can collect is capped, so you are never asked for a large sum before work begins.
