Just-In-Time Junk Removal is a family-owned and operated junk removal and clean-up company proudly serving the Colorado Springs area, with over 15 years of experience and a fully licensed and insured operation. The company describes itself as more than an average junk removal service, and tailors its work to real estate agents, property management companies, storage facilities, assisted living communities, and local residents. Services span residential and commercial property clean-up, debris removal, appliance removal, delivery, storage unit and garage cleanouts, mattress removal, yard debris hauling, office cleanouts, and recycling and donation services. Yard work ranges from bags of leaves and a pile of tree branches to a grill, old fencing, patio furniture, or a hot tub that is no longer in use. Office cleanouts cover garbage, donatable office furniture, broken file cabinets, copiers and printers, each loaded and sorted for disposal, donation, or recycling. Getting started takes three steps: call, describe the items you want hauled away and receive a ballpark figure over the phone, then get on the schedule, with a crew arriving prepared to do the job and giving a free final estimate on arrival. For larger jobs such as hot tub removals and property clean up, the company typically gives an on-site estimate to be as accurate as possible. The website states there are no hidden fees. Published rates start at a $125 minimum load, roughly a small pickup, and run to $700 for a full truck, and every price includes flexibility with loading locations, dedicated clean-up of the space, personalized attention and friendly service, and appropriate recycling, donation or disposal of the items. Just-In-Time takes pride in helping keep Colorado clean and says over 50% of its truckloads can be recycled or donated to facilities around town such as a church, a thrift store donation center, or the VA Center, keeping as much as possible out of the landfills. By law the company cannot haul hazardous materials including, but not limited to, gas, oils, paints, fluorescent bulbs, and tires.
