A first appointment includes a full body assessment covering history, evaluation of injuries and pain points, and a discussion of wellness goals, after which the doctors build a personalized treatment plan that may combine adjustments with spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, dry needling and soft tissue techniques. The practice states that it never prescribes long, arduous treatment plans: the spine and neuromuscular system are re-evaluated each visit, and while every person and complaint is different, patients can expect to be feeling better between 6 and 12 visits.
