Do you come to my location?
Yes. Fresh Layer is fully mobile and comes to your home, office parking lot or condo garage anywhere in San Diego County. There is no drop off and no waiting room.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes, always. The van carries a 100 gallon fresh water tank and a commercial generator, so you do not need to provide access to a hose, outlet or garage.
How much does a mobile detail cost?
Packages start at $99 for a Wash & Wax and run up to $499 and above for a Premium Detail. Most customers booking a full interior or exterior detail spend $249 to $349, and there are no travel fees within San Diego County.
How long does a mobile detail take?
A Wash & Wax takes about 1.5 hours, an Express Detail 2 to 2.5 hours, a full interior or exterior detail 3 to 4 hours, and a Complete Detail 4 to 6 hours.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fresh Layer carries full liability insurance on every job.
Can you remove pet hair and odors?
Pet hair removal uses commercial grade HEPA vacuums, rubber rakes and specialized attachments that pull hair out of carpet and fabric seats. Odors are treated with enzyme based cleaners and, for severe smells, ozone treatment.
How long does ceramic coating last?
A professionally applied ceramic coating lasts 2 to 5 years in San Diego. Annual maintenance washes and avoiding harsh chemicals extend its life significantly.
