What if I do not have dental insurance?
The VIP Membership Program is designed for patients without insurance. The Adult Complete Plan for ages 14 and up is $33 a month, the Perio Plan for ages 14 and up is $55 a month, and the Child Complete Plan for ages 0 to 13 is $28 a month. Plans cover routine preventive care and add 15% savings on many procedures completed at the practice, plus 5% off additional family member plans. There are no deductibles, no waiting periods, no annual maximums, and no pre-approvals, and benefits start immediately at signup. The program is not insurance and does not qualify as a health plan under the Affordable Care Act.
How do you handle payment and financing?
The office accepts all major credit cards, cash, and checks. For procedures not covered by insurance, or for patients without dental insurance, flexible financing options are available. Contact the office to learn more about financing.
Is your work guaranteed?
The Peace of Mind Warranty covers crowns, bridges, fillings, and dental implant restorations for 5 years, with full replacement at no cost in years 1 to 3 and a lab fee only in years 4 to 5. Invisalign treatment is covered for 3 years from the treatment start date and surgical dental implant placement for 1 year from the placement date. Eligibility requires keeping regular periodontal maintenance and recall appointments and following home care instructions. The warranty excludes periodontal treatment, endodontic treatment, orthodontic relapse due to retainer non-compliance, whitening, trauma-related damage, and complete or partial dentures.
