What are your office hours?
We are open Monday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
Can you see me the same day for a dental emergency?
Dental emergencies never happen at a convenient time, so we keep same-day appointments available. Whether it is severe pain, a knocked out tooth or sudden swelling, call or text us at (720) 776-4900 and we will get you in as quickly as we can.
Do you take my dental insurance?
We are in-network with most PPO dental insurance plans and we are happy to work with several out-of-network policies too. If you have a PPO plan with Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana or MetLife, you will most likely receive in-network savings. Call our office and we can walk you through your specific coverage.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
You can sign up for our in-office membership plan. The Child plan is $35 a month and the Adult plan is $41 a month on the six month plan, and the Perio plan is $72 a month on the three month plan. Every plan includes professional cleanings, doctor exams, one X-ray per year as needed, discounted treatment and rollover rewards, with no deductibles, yearly maximums or claim forms.
Can I break up the cost of a larger treatment plan?
Yes. More extensive treatment can be split into smaller monthly installments through CareCredit, which offers flexible low-to-no interest financing that you can sign up for right through our website.
What happens at my first visit?
After you check in, a team member takes X-rays and photos of your mouth. You then meet Dr. Paylor or Dr. Barry, who will talk through what you want to accomplish, give you an exam, discuss your treatment options and build a care plan around your goals. You can download our new patient and health history forms ahead of time to save about 15 minutes at the appointment.
I get nervous at the dentist. What can you do?
We offer sedation dentistry so that nervous patients can stay comfortable through treatment. Our team is also experienced at helping young patients feel at ease, and we welcome new patients of all ages for thorough exams, X-rays and one-on-one care.
