He serves on the International Chiropractors Association Representative Assembly for the state of Colorado. Dr. Patricia graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2003 as a Presidential Scholar and received the Clinical Excellence award. She holds a Diplomate in Pre-Natal and Pediatric Chiropractic through three years of study with the International Chiropractic Association, and the site states she has been one of only five chiropractors in Colorado since 2008 with a Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics through the Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics. What happens at my first visit?
The first visit takes anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes depending on how many family members need to be checked. It begins with a tour of the wellness center and a short video about what the clinic does, then a consultation with your doctor covering your concerns, your complete health history and your personal wellness goals. Next come state-of-the-art neurological scans and tests to find out how well your spine is moving, and pictures may be taken of your spine. You are then scheduled for a follow-up visit later that day or on a subsequent day. Intake forms are emailed after you schedule, and if you prefer to complete paperwork in the office the clinic asks you to arrive 30 minutes early.
When do I get my first adjustment?
On the second visit. That visit takes about 30 minutes. After your doctor has analyzed and interpreted your neuro-scans, he goes over the results of your COREScore and other test findings with you and gives the clinic's best recommendations for care based on your goals. All care options are discussed and you decide how you want to participate. If you opt for care, you receive your first adjustment on that second visit.
