Had a great experience here! The place was clean, calm, and very relaxing. The therapist was professional and really listened to what I needed. Pressure was just right, and I felt so much better afterward. The insurance process was a little confusing at first but the owner was very responsible and helpful through the whole process! Definitely coming back and highly recommend!

​Lis Spa is hands-down the best massage I’ve had in Seattle. The owner, Manisha, is so warm and took the time to educate me on the techniques, which I really appreciated. My therapist, Helen, was equally wonderful and provided a truly rejuvenating session. I’ll definitely be back!
