Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air - Everett

We had a water heater emergency, a family of 7, and no hot water was stressful. After calling multiple places, I was able to get quick, efficient, and up-front service from this place! The technician, PJ, was very professional and answered every question we had. We found a few more things to do while here. The company was wonderful to communicate with, from the scheduler to the finance department on the phone! I would recommend and will contact them if we have future issues.

Eco replaced a new electrical panel and new drain sewage and water system for a small kitchen. All crew are Very professional and easy going, answered all my concerns and questions. Very happy for their electrical/plumbing project, must five stars. Recommend!

I am so happy with the service I received from Eco! Our technician Sam was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and neat. Nice touch with the clean shoe covers he wore entering the home. He did a great job explaining the process, the work that needed to be done and his evaluation of our issues. He did very clean prompt work. We had him install a new shut off on our main, new PRV and a Moen smart flo device. He also used his equipment to help us figure out where we have a leak in our main coming to the house. We will absolutely call this company again if we need more plumbing work. (Hopefully we won’t🤞🏼) One of the most positive/ professional experiences I’ve had in a long time with a contractor. Thank you Sam and Eco!

Everyone, from office staff to repair techs were absolutely great to work with! Sam was the lead on our water main line replacement. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. All costs for the associated work were discussed upfront. On the day of the work, Clint and Sam kept me informed of progress every step of the way. The estimate given was exactly what the final price was, and very fair for the amount and complexity of the work. I highly recommend ECO!!

We had ECO come out and do an estimate on having a home back up generator installed. Edwin was amazing. He was highly knowledgeable, polite, answered all of our questions, and took the time to understand our specific needs. He performed a thorough inspection of our potential installation sites, and gave us a really competitive bid on two optional locations for the system.
