BTBI Renovations

We are very pleased with Nick and his team. My family had relocated from CA to Bothell and did not know any contractors. After our first meeting with Nick, we knew he was a good match. BTBI completed a whole home renovation that included structural modifications to open up the kitchen, enlarge the master bathroom, create a separate laundry room, upgrade the basement, create a 3rd bathroom, refinish the hickory floors, update the fireplaces and remove the acoustic ceiling. You can tell from the photos the attention to detail and the quality of work.

I am so in love with my new kitchen! Big thanks to Nick and his team at BTBI Renovation for their expertise and craftsmanship. They did an amazing job with the whole remodel. They turned my 90’s kitchen to a beautiful space that I’m proud to show off to family, neighbors and friends. Nick and his team have years of experience and it shows! They are professional, courteous, perfectionist and always make sure the site is clean before they leave. I recommend BTBI to all my friends, family and anyone planning to renovate.

I've worked with Nick and his team several times in the past and trusted him to take on our kitchen remodel. We had spent quite a bit of time working in layout, comirs, materials etc and we had high expectations for the outcome. BTBI Renovations delivered. Finished and follow ups were timely and flawless. He worked seamlessly with our other partners and most importantly the project cane on tume and in budget. 100% worth it. 100% recommend.

We recently hired BTBI to remodel our bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They did exactly what we wanted and brought our vision to life beautifully. They were incredibly respectful of our home—mindful of noise, careful about mess, and always professional. They were also very communicative throughout the entire project. Anytime we had questions or needed to workshop a solution, they walked us through options and helped us make the best decisions. The project moved quickly without ever feeling rushed, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. We absolutely love our new bathroom and would highly recommend BTBI to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and high-quality remodel experience.

We cannot say enough great things about BTBI. A real pleasure to work with from start to EARLY finish! Nick and his crew did fantastic work, many times going above and beyond our expectations. They even helped with design ideas and provided a comprehensive computerized overview of what our finished remodel would look like! The project was extensive and the end result is stunning.
