WA Best Construction

We recently completed a bathroom remodel in our Bellevue home with WA Best Construction, and we’re very happy with the results. Gal, the owner, was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the project. He helped us with great suggestions for the design and materials, and the team did excellent work. The tile, fixtures, and overall finish came out beautiful, and you can really see the attention to detail. The crew was reliable, showed up on time, and kept the workspace clean. The project stayed on schedule and communication was great the entire time. If you’re looking for a trustworthy contractor for a bathroom remodel in Bellevue, WA, I would definitely recommend WA Best Construction and Gal.

Kitchen remodeling can be stressful, but this went smoother than I expected. WA Best Construction kept us updated and helped us make choices without overcomplicating everything. The new kitchen gets compliments every time people come over.

We bought an older home near Lake Washington in Kirkland specifically because of the lot and the view, the interior needed serious work. Both bathrooms were original, the kitchen was from the 80s and the whole main floor felt choppy and dark. We went with WA Best Construction after a neighbor on our street had their kitchen done and the transformation was obvious every time we walked by. The team visited the house twice before giving us a quote, which told us a lot about how seriously they take the planning side. They coordinated everything, demo, plumbing, electrical, tile and cabinetry, all through one point of contact which made our lives so much easier. The kitchen now has an open layout that faces the water, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and a large window that floods the space with light on the rare sunny Eastside day. Both bathrooms are completely rebuilt with high end tile, frameless glass and finishes you would expect from a luxury renovation. We have had three neighbors reach out asking for the contractor info since the project wrapped. We send them all to WA Best Construction.

Our Mercer Island home had a dated master bathroom that had not been touched since the early 90s, pink tile, a garden tub nobody used and a cramped shower that made no sense for the size of the room. We wanted a complete transformation. A friend who works at one of the tech campuses in Redmond had just had his Bellevue condo kitchen redone by WA Best Construction and would not stop talking about them. We called, got a free estimate and were impressed immediately by how prepared the team was when they walked through. They brought material samples, talked through the layout options and were honest about what would and would not work in the space. Demo started on schedule. The team was careful with the rest of the house, put down floor protection throughout, sealed off the work area and cleaned up every single day. The finished bathroom has a walk-in frameless shower, heated floors, a floating vanity and large format tile throughout. It looks and feels like a completely different home. We have already booked them to come back for the kitchen.

We live in a craftsman home in Kirkland and were nervous about modernizing the kitchen without losing the character of the house. The team immediately understood what we were going for and did not push a cookie-cutter design. The new kitchen has quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and updated lighting that feels fresh but still fits the home perfectly. Neighbors have already noticed.
