We are Washington Injury Law, a personal injury firm based in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. Our practice is built around one goal: standing up for people who have been hurt and helping them pursue the compensation they deserve. Our firm is led by founding attorney Janelle Bailey, who has secured multi-million dollar outcomes against some of the nation's largest insurance companies. Before starting the firm, she served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and worked as a patent attorney. She is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College.
