There is no waiting in the lobby; you stay with your pet the entire time, even during surgery. We will meet you at your car if you need help bringing your pet in, and we openly discuss diagnosis and treatment options so you always understand what is happening. This staff is absolutely amazing. They are honest and trustworthy. They care way more about our pets than money. I have been there twice. The first time was the night my cat died. She was gone before we got there. Her name was Lily. She was three and no one really knows what happened. They were so sweet and caring and even sent us a card. The second time was for my kitten. And they made sure to handle my heart with care knowing I just lost my baby girl a few weeks ago. They are like family and I would tell everyone to go there if it is needed. Thank you for all you do and how much you truly care.

This was the best ER visit we could have had given the circumstances for our puppy. You never plan to go to the ER, but when you need help, this is definitely the place to go! Geoffrey, a registered tech, was such a breath of fresh air and had great banter that was professional, but also friendly. He has such a clear way of explaining things and what to expect. It is clear he is very knowledgeable, has experience and helped to keep everything organized when the night got hectic. VEG is unique in the way that it's open concept, so you are able to see everything going on and also stay with your pet the entire time. It is nice to feel like you are able to comfort your pet while they are going through a difficult experience. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to not only us, but to their other co-workers. It was a busy night for them and they handled it with ease! Would 100% recommend this ER if your pet needs help.

Everyone at this Veg location was absolutely amazing when caring for our cat. They were very friendly and understanding with any questions or concerns we had. I loved the open concept of the hospital so we always knew exactly what they were doing when treating him and how he was doing through the whole process, when he needed a break from the medical care they stopped what they were doing and came back later as to not stress him out too much. Very thankful for their care and will definitely go back if needed and would recommend to others.
