I'm Michael Fuller, an Oregon lawyer for the underdog and a partner at Olsen Daines PC. I grew up in a trailer park, raised by a single mom, and was the first in my family to go to college. The day I passed the bar was the best day of my life, and now I dedicate my practice to standing up for consumers against large corporations that lie, cheat, and steal. My work focuses on class actions and civil rights, and I regularly take on debt collectors, banks, credit card companies, and mortgage lenders. I fix credit reports, fight identity theft, defend people facing collection calls and foreclosure, handle bankruptcy and landlord tenant matters, and pursue corporate fraud through class action lawsuits. I also help people wipe out federal and private student loans in bankruptcy, and my student loan practice group is currently free of charge. About 20% of my cases are pro bono, meaning my services are completely free for those matters. I chair my firm's consumer protection group and teach consumer law as an adjunct professor at Lewis & Clark Law School. I work alongside FCRA experts Justin Baxter and Robert Sola, and our office sits in the US Bancorp Tower in downtown Portland.
