What warranty comes with the work?
Every job is backed by a 4-year workmanship warranty. If paint peels, cracks, or fails due to application issues within four years, UMAR comes back and fixes it at no charge. The warranty covers both interior and exterior work.
How long does an interior painting job take?
Most Philadelphia row home interiors of three to four rooms are finished in one to two days. Larger homes and full house repaints usually take two to four days. Commercial spaces and apartment turnovers are scheduled based on scope.
What paint brands do you use?
UMAR primarily uses Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, and Behr premium lines. Low-VOC formulas are used by default on interior jobs, and Duration or Emerald Exterior is recommended for exterior work that has to hold up to Philadelphia weather.
