He brings more than 40 years of DIY and handyman experience to interior and exterior repairs and projects, including small plumbing and electrical tasks, wall and door repair, painting, power washing, window cleaning, minor deck and fence repair, and raised garden design and build. Small tasks are charged at $75 per hour with a one hour minimum, larger projects get a contract and estimate, and all work is guaranteed for 90 days.

Yes. Small tasks are charged at $75 per hour with a one hour minimum, so you can make a list of what you need and fill up the visit. For larger projects you will get a contract and estimate instead.

East Portland and surrounding areas, which typically include Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview, Wood Village, Boring, Happy Valley and Corbett.
Will I have to pay for materials?
It depends on the project. You are welcome to provide materials. If materials need to be purchased, you will be provided an estimate based on current market pricing.
When is payment due and how can I pay?
Payment is due upon completion. For larger projects, a 50% deposit is required along with the signed contract. Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted.
What kinds of jobs do you take on?
Interior and exterior repairs and projects, including toilet, faucet and drain work, garbage disposal replacement, switch, outlet and light fixture work, wall repair and painting, doors, trim and lock changes, hanging curtain rods and mirrors, TV bracket installation and furniture assembly, power washing, window cleaning, minor deck and wood fence repair, and raised garden design and build. All exterior work is limited to single story structures.
