What are your hours?
Thousand Oaks Automotive is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed Saturday and Sunday. State inspections are performed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Do you service foreign vehicles?
Yes. Our technicians specialize in servicing both foreign and domestic vehicles, including light trucks, from preventative maintenance to major repairs.
Is your work warranted?
Every automotive service we perform is backed by a Limited Nationwide warranty. For services not covered by a specific warranty or by the terms printed on your invoice, the standard warranty is 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. The warranty covers the original purchaser and the vehicle serviced and is not transferable.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes. We employ fully trained ASE certified technicians who constantly retrain to stay up to date on all makes and models of cars and trucks. The shop is also AAA Texas approved and a member of the BBB.
Do you offer a free inspection?
We offer a no charge bumper to bumper check up covering belts, hoses, fluids, brakes, tires, chassis, lights, safety items, filters and battery condition, though it does not include engine diagnostics. A free brake inspection is also available, and if brake service is required a free estimate is provided.
