How far ahead should I book my move?
We recommend getting in touch 2 to 4 weeks before your move, depending on the complexity and size of the job. Last minute requests may still be possible, so contact us to check availability.
How much does a local move cost?
Local moves are billed hourly with a three hour minimum: $139 per hour for 2 movers and a truck, $179 per hour for 3 movers and a truck, and $219 per hour for 4 movers and a truck. There is a 7% discount if you pay with cash within San Diego County on weekdays.
What is included in the hourly rate?
Every plan includes free use of blankets and moving pads, free use of wardrobe boxes, dollies, tools and straps, free shrink wrap and tape, assembly and reassembly, loading and unloading, packing and unpacking, plus tax and basic insurance.

Are my belongings covered during the move?
Your belongings are covered with free basic coverage of $0.60 per pound per article. Additional third party insurance is available and is recommended for higher value items.
When do I pay, and is a deposit required?
A $50 deposit reserves your slot, and you pay for the move at the end of the move. Major credit cards and cash are accepted, but checks are not.
What kind of trucks do you use?
We only use 24 and 26 foot box trucks, equipped with pads, dollies, toolkits, and heavy duty loading ramps.
Will you move my plants?
We do not move plants due to agricultural regulations. They may be transported in commercial bins, but leaf damage is possible.
