Dr. Kathy Frazar holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas. She is a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and of the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics, and is SMART-certified through the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology.
