Elisum Medspa
We are Elisum MedSpa, a medical spa in Frisco, Texas, offering injectables, skin rejuvenation, and wellness therapies in a clinical, patient-centered setting. Our treatment menu includes neurotoxins such as Botox, Jeuveau, Xeomin, and Letybo, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, and Radiesse, along with microneedling, VI chemical peels, PRP therapy, PRP hair restoration, IV therapy, vitamin shots, and a medical weight loss program. Our founder and lead aesthetic provider, Elizabeth Elba, BSN, RN, brings more than 24 years of experience as a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse. She approaches every treatment with the same focus on safety, precision, and thoughtful care that has defined her nursing career, blending medical science with aesthetic artistry for results that look natural and balanced rather than overdone. Our medical director, Dr. James Ralston, is a board-certified dermatologist. We take a personalized approach to every client, evaluating skin health, facial structure, lifestyle, and long-term goals to build a customized plan. Before any procedure we offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals and recommend the right treatment. We serve clients throughout the North Texas area, including Plano, McKinney, Allen, Little Elm, Prosper, and The Colony. For clients who want to spread out the cost of treatment, we offer financing through Affirm and Cherry Financing, and our VIP Beauty Bank membership turns a monthly contribution into treatment credit with member pricing. To learn more or schedule your consultation, reach us by phone at (469) 535-7745 or by email at info@elisummedspa.com. We look forward to helping you feel confident and refreshed in your own skin.
