How far do you travel?
The max service range is 30 minutes from Downtown Dallas, non-tollway. If you are further out, Refresh My Car can service the vehicle at an alternate location closer to downtown, or cover toll fees of $3 to $6 for toll-road areas. Areas listed include Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, Richardson, Duncanville, Lakewood, Cedar Hill and Irving.

How does booking work?

Are there any extra charges?
Add-ons and additional charges can apply, including pet hair removal, extra dirty exterior for mud, tree sap or excessive bugs, extra dirty interior for mud, sand, food or mold, single carpet or seat deep cleaning, clay and seal, and trim restorer. Refresh My Car states that if one applies, it will let you know as soon as possible to make sure you are comfortable with the price.
What is the difference between the interior services?
Light Interior is an inside only service with interior glass, vacuuming, panels and door jambs wiped, air vents brushed, weather mats scrubbed and a gentle leather cleaner and conditioner, and it does not include the trunk. Interior Detail adds a compressed air blowout of carpets and panel crevices, carpet drill agitation, an extensive vacuum, scrubbed panels and cup holders, interior plastic shine and protect and trunk vacuuming. Interior Steam Clean includes the interior service plus steam of panels, seats, carpets and high contact areas, shampoo of seats and carpets, a disinfectant wipe down, a steering wheel deep clean, leather deep scrub cleaning, crack and crevice pick cleaning and trunk steam and vacuum.
Do you offer ceramic coating and paint polishing?
Yes. The Ceramic Coating service is exterior only and includes a Foam Bath, clay treatment, iron decontamination, a 1 step paint polish and a 3 year ceramic coating, and a garage is required. The Paint Enhancement Polish service is exterior only and includes a Foam Bath, clay treatment, iron decontamination, an AIO paint polish gloss enhancer and a premium wax sealant.
