We have been in business for 14 years as a commercial roofing and building envelope contractor based in Colorado Springs.
Do you charge for the first inspection?
No. Every initial site inspection is free to the property owner. During the inspection the team identifies any deficiencies and builds a proposal to correct them.
What warranty do you offer?
Every roof replacement we complete carries the manufacturer's system warranty, registered in your name where the project qualifies, along with our own 5-year workmanship warranty. Up to 30-year NDL warranties are available when the manufacturer, system and project qualify, and the warranty terms are stated in writing in the proposal.
Can I reach you outside normal business hours?
Yes. You can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and emergency service is available around the clock if you are experiencing a leak.
What roofing systems do you install?
Tectum Roofing installs TPO, EPDM, PVC and metal roof systems, wall panels, metal gutters, and custom architectural sheet metal produced through in-house roll forming and fabrication.
Do you help with financing and insurance claims?
We do not approve financing, but we provide the inspection findings and proposed scope you need to discuss options such as Colorado C-PACE with your lender. For insurance claims we document roof conditions with photographs and can review the findings with your adjuster.
