Do you come to my location?
Yes. Tech On The Way is a mobile service, and technicians come to your home, workplace, fleet yard or safe breakdown location by appointment. That means shop-level service without towing your vehicle in.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Tech On The Way is appointment only. You can book online for select diagnostic and inspection appointments, or request a quote for repairs, maintenance, commercial work and fleet service, and the team confirms your details and an arrival window before the visit.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. A 12-month/12,000-mile warranty applies to labor and parts supplied by Tech On The Way. Customer-supplied parts and outside-provider diagnostics are not covered, and warranty service is scheduled based on technician availability.

How will I know what the repair costs before you start?

Do you offer after-hours service?
