A wider scope than a regular maintenance clean, adding items such as light fixtures and wet cleaning of blinds. Tarylen suggests a deep clean twice a year.

The initial visit for a new recurring client, priced higher than the ongoing rate because it brings the home up to a maintenance level.
Move in and move out cleaning
The most detailed cleaning Tarylen offers, covering the inside of cabinets, drawers, closets, shelves, and appliances. The work is done in stages and checked by a supervisor before it is called finished.
Vacation rental cleaning
Turnovers for Airbnb and vacation rental properties, including back to back cleanings, daily housekeeping, and deep cleanings after 30 day stays. Laundry is handled off site at the company's own facilities.

Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Tarylen gives a free estimate over the phone or in person. Call or fill in the quote form and the team will price the job, or arrange to visit the property if that is needed for a deep cleaning or a move out.
Are your cleaners screened?
Yes. Every cleaning technician goes through a screening process that includes a background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. The company is also insured and bonded.
What happens if I am not happy with the cleaning?
Get in touch within 24 hours. Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, so if you are not happy with any area that was cleaned, the team will come back out and reclean it free of charge.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Cleaning supplies are included by default, which keeps your cleaner on products the company has already proven and approved. If you do not have supplies on hand, Tarylen can bring them for an additional charge of $10 per visit, or $15 for move in and move out cleanings. Your own vacuum and mop and bucket are always used, so please have those available.
How is a deep cleaning different from a regular cleaning?
The difference is the scope of work, not just the level of dirt. A regular cleaning is a maintenance clean priced for light soil, and items such as light fixtures are not included. A deep clean adds those items, and Tarylen suggests one twice a year. A first time cleaning is the initial visit for a new recurring client and costs a little more than the ongoing rate, because it brings the home up to a maintenance level. A first time cleaning is not a deep cleaning.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel an appointment up to 2 days ahead with no penalty. After that you are charged 50% of the cleaning fee. If the team arrives and cannot get into the property, or the service cannot be provided for a reason outside the company's control, the full cleaning fee is charged. The office manager confirms by text or phone at the start of the week, and you also get a confirmation email ahead of the cleaning.
Do you clean vacation rentals?
Yes. Tarylen came out of the vacation rental industry and handles back to back turnovers. For vacation rental clients with back to back cleanings, the team works weekends and holidays. Extras include daily housekeeping you can offer your guests, deep cleanings after 30 day stays, and turn down service in Boulder and Longmont. Laundry is done off site at the company's own facilities so technicians arrive with clean, fresh linens.
Is there anything you will not clean?
Yes. Tarylen does not work with mold, human fluids, animal feces, mice droppings, or sewage backups, and recommends hiring a restoration service for those. Windows and carpets are not part of a move out cleaning either, though the office is happy to recommend local vendors for that work.
