Matthew was awesome. He thoroughly looked at our furnace and gave us an honest assessment. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong with Matthew. Brogan and Walter were amazing, installing our new furnace. They worked tirelessly and meticulously to remove and install.

Fantastic service as always! I've been using Sunset for years and they're always friendly, professional and efficient. When I was contacted about their super bowl celebration deal (go hawks) $12 for a tune-up was a no brainer. Their tech Henry came by this morning and was great.

Awesome experience from the beginning to end. They were able to get out day of the issue, diagnose that our furnace was toast. We were able to get a new one installed the next day. I have no complaints.

Our service tech Humberto was fantastic. He did a really thorough inspection...it felt a bit like going to the dentist and being told I need to floss more. 😀. But I'm really happy to know what we need to do to get it all cleaned up. I alao learned a lot about how the system operates.

Humberto was wonderful. He installed a thermostat for us. He was very professional and explained things in perfect detail. He explained the cost and made sure we were ok with the price, before proceeding. He also answered my myriad of questions, which I really appreciated.

Shane completed a duct cleaning and did an amazing job. I was able to continue to work at my desk while he went from vent to vent without disturbing me. He also gave great recommendations and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Taylor! I was a little late to appointment and he waited patiently. As I got there he Wea very professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was quick to get me quit on the spot! I absolutely excepted and signed up for Sunsets maintenance schedule.

We had Sunset install a new HVAC system for our house. The installers were great, did a really nice job and we are super happy with our decision. A special shout out to Brenden for helping coordinate the job.
