Do you need my water or electricity?
No. Our rigs are fully self contained with water and power on board. All we need is access to your vehicle and a legal parking spot — driveway, street, office lot, or apartment garage all work.
How long does a detail take?
Most full details take 2 to 4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Wash & Wax is quicker, and The Showroom takes longer since it includes machine polishing. We give you a time window when you book.
Do I need to be there while you work?
No. Most customers hand us the keys and get on with their day. As long as we can access the car and a parking spot, you're free to leave — we'll text you when we're wrapping up for the final walk around.
What about rain? This is Seattle.
Rain rarely stops a detail. Interiors don't care about weather, and for exterior work we can set up under a canopy or in your garage. If conditions genuinely won't allow quality work, we reschedule at no charge rather than deliver a rushed job.
Can you handle pet hair, stains, and odors?
Yes — it's a big part of what we do. Heavy pet hair and stains may add time, and for lingering smells our Odor Removal add on ($80) treats the source instead of masking it. Mention it when you book so we schedule enough time.
What's the difference between Full Detail and Deep Interior?
Full Detail covers the entire car inside and out, including door jambs, the exterior hand wash, and a ceramic sealant. Deep Interior focuses everything on the cabin only — it's the right pick when the outside is fine but the inside needs a reset. Note that door jambs are only included in inside and out packages.
How often should I get my car detailed?
For most daily drivers, a full detail every 4 to 6 months with occasional washes in between keeps the car in great shape. Kids, pets, or a long commute usually mean closer to every 3 months.
Is a detail the same as ceramic coating?
No — a detail is a deep clean and reset, while a ceramic coating is long term paint protection measured in years. They pair perfectly: many customers start with a detail and upgrade to a coating once they see the difference. Our coatings start at $699 with paint correction included.
