A flat trip fee applies for Calhan, Woodland Park, and Castle Rock or Douglas County, quoted upfront. Ramah and Yoder are not serviced.

The Good, Better, and Best monthly plans each include two professional tune-ups per year, one for heating and one for cooling, and continue until you cancel. Good adds priority scheduling, a reduced diagnostic fee, and 10% off repairs. Better raises the repair discount to 15% and removes overtime charges. Best adds a carbon monoxide detector, priority emergency response, a waived diagnostic fee, 20% off repairs, an equipment replacement discount, and transferability to a new homeowner. Springs Heating & Cooling accepts cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. A 2% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
