Dr. Marquetta Giles, DC is a native of Houston who has been practicing for 9 years and has owned the clinic since 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Science at Sam Houston State University and her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College, completed comprehensive training in the Department of Rheumatology at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Houston, and is certified in the Webster Technique. Care includes relief, corrective and wellness plans, chiropractic adjustments performed manually or with instruments, spinal correction exercises, nutritional support and IV hydration therapy offered in partnership with GO Wellness. The clinic is a minority, woman-owned practice and accepts a range of insurance plans.

Chiropractic adjustments
Adjustments are used to eliminate or reduce a subluxation, which helps restore normal neural transmission to the involved area. They can be conducted manually with the hands or assisted with chiropractic instruments.

Care after delivery, focused on prevention and healing so Mom and Baby can adjust as seamlessly as possible postpartum.
Pediatric chiropractic care

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. The clinic accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Molina, TX Children's and traditional Medicaid. As of January 2025, the clinic is no longer accepting Community Health Choice Medicaid, any Medicare or any Marketplace plans.
What is the cost of my copay?
The office does not know until your benefits are checked. You can call the member services number on the back of your card to find out.
What will happen at my initial appointment?
A consultation and examination will be conducted by Dr. Giles. Any images you bring will also be reviewed by her. In the event that x-rays are needed, she will refer you out for them before any treatment is begun.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Dr. Giles provides pediatric chiropractic care, and adjustments for infants and children are described as light as a finger's touch. She also works with children who have cerebral palsy, spinal injuries and behavioral needs, as well as those who simply want to improve their overall well being.
Do you offer chiropractic care during pregnancy?
Yes. The clinic specializes in prenatal care and is specially trained in the Webster Technique, a prenatal chiropractic analysis and adjustment whose goal is to reduce the effects of subluxation and sacroiliac dysfunction.
What kinds of care plans do you offer?
Care is offered in three forms. Relief care focuses on treating a specific ailment for pain relief, corrective care focuses on restoring the bone to its original position and can include adjustments, spinal correction exercises and nutritional support, and wellness care maintains spinal health with visits that may vary from weekly to monthly.
Do you offer IV hydration therapy?
Yes. The clinic has partnered with GO Wellness to offer IV hydration therapy, including the Supercharge Immune Drip, the Myers Cocktail and a Hydration Drip. You must be 18 or over and not pregnant, and a health intake is taken to assess your health history. IV hydration appointment times are Wednesday and Thursday.
