What does pricing look like?
We provide a free written estimate on every job, and that estimate is the price you pay. There are no changes after the old door comes off. Some common repairs, such as off-track and cable work, start at published rates, and we confirm everything before we begin.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. We provide a 90-day labor warranty on all residential installations, a 90-day warranty on all service work, and a 5-year warranty on all replacement parts. We also honor all manufacturer warranties.
Can you build a custom-sized garage door?
Yes. We can build a garage door to any size your opening requires using our own equipment and engineering, and a full range of colors is available across every model we carry so you can match your exterior.
Do you repair doors installed by someone else?
Absolutely. We repair all makes and models of doors and openers, and we keep a large inventory of parts, including from manufacturers no longer in business. We also offer maintenance options such as a yearly, no-obligation tune-up program.
Who will be doing the work?
We maintain our own full-time staff of technicians and never use subcontractors. Every job is completed by our own team, so you always know exactly who is working on your home.
