SouthShore Roofing & Exteriors installed new Hardie Board siding on my house, installed exterior doors and painted the exterior. First, their communication was excellent throughout the process. From the project manager, David Bernal, site manager, Kevin and to the installers on site. They were fair, flexible and professional. I have high expectations and believe I made the right choice selecting this company. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We had our siding replaced by Southshore. Highly recommend them! I’m so glad we went with Jason Worley. He gave us the best team to do the job. David our project manager, Kevin the lead on the work, and their team were amazing. It looks awesome and they cleaned up everyday after themselves and were very respectful of our house. I had a great experience with Southshore roofing and exteriors. I contacted Southshore to replace the siding on my home after a tree was blown into my home by hurricane Milton. They removed the old vinyl siding and installed Hardie Board and Batten. It is absolutely beautiful! From the salesman Jordan, to the project manager David and the excellent crew of Walter and Angel run by Kevin, they did an exceptional job! They paid attention to all the details, were very meticulous, very respectful of my property, and listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. They went above and beyond. I recommend them 100%.

After the hurricane i contacted Southshore Roofing who was highly recommended by a close friend who just had them replace his roof with the highest praise. The process began with a phone call and ended with my roof being done in one day by Southshore. Everyone i came in contact with was nothing but professional, and knowledgeable. My coordinator was Bradly Wallace who walked me through the process and was available at every step until the roof was done. Jason from SouthShore Roofing was nothing short of awesome. He answered all of our questions, texts, and numerous phone calls. He personally completed a thorough walk through at the end which entailed climbing on the roof and explaining things to me. The team arrived on time and worked straight through the day. They covered our pool and cleaned up our entire property prior to leaving. We will be using South Shore Roofing and exterior for the installation of our gutters! Highly recommend.

The team at Southshore Roofing & Exteriors were contracted to do a large capital repair project on the townhome community section of Walden Woods in Plant City. The project contained stucco repair and repainting of 49 buildings with 4 different paint schemes and elevations. The project was completed in a timely manner, worksite was kept clean, and there was ongoing effective communication between the board and the project manager during the project. I would recommend Southshore Roofing & Exteriors to any community needing to complete a capital repair or refurbishment project.

From Eric the sales manager, to the protect manager Brad Wallace and his exceptional team of guys: David did our soffits, facias and Gutters and he was outstanding, Kevin’s team did an incredible job hanging out Hardie Board siding and Diego’s team knocked out the stucco for an unbelievable finished product. Southshore Roofing and Exterior, they did a excellent job on my roof , the communication with the Project manager and the office was excellent, they keeped you posted on the hole project and how long it would take. The roofers where professional and very knowledgeable and the roof was replaced in a timely manner. I love the appearance of my new roof. Sean and the team at Southshore Roofing were all great to work with during the entire duration of the project to replace the roof on my home in Apollo Beach. I received detailed updates with pictures to document the removal of my old shingles and installation of the new roof system. Very professional and a high quality installation.
