What warranties do you offer?
Two kinds. The manufacturer warranty covers the shingles and materials, and Sky Manor's workmanship warranty covers the installation itself. The workmanship warranty comes in three levels, 5-year, 10-year or lifetime, depending on the package you choose. As an Atlas Diamond contractor, Sky Manor can also place your roof under the Atlas Signature Select system, with coverage that can run up to a 50-year non-prorated term and wind protection up to 130 mph depending on the shingle.
Do you handle the insurance claim for me?
Sky Manor walks it with you from start to finish. The team inspects and documents the damage, meets your adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed, reviews the scope and pricing the carrier comes back with, and makes sure the final work matches what your policy owes you. You still file the claim and stay in control of your policy. If a claim has already been denied or underpaid, they can re-inspect and work with your insurer on a supplement.
