No. For exterior projects you do not need to be home as long as the crew has access. For interior projects the team can work around your schedule, and you receive daily updates on progress.

What happens after the project is finished?
The team walks the finished project with you before calling it done, then follows up at 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months. Warranty visits are provided in the first and second years to address any concerns before the warranty ends.
