Signature Heating & Air, Inc.
Signature Heating & Air, Inc. is a family owned and operated HVAC company established in 1999, working out of 7201 S Rome St and serving the Centennial and Aurora area along with nearby communities including Heritage Eagle Bend, Tallyn's Reach, Foxfield, Littleton, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Parker, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, and Pinery, CO. The company is licensed, bonded and insured, and describes itself as an honest neighborhood HVAC company that has lived and served customers in this area since the business began. Work covers three areas. Air conditioning includes AC service, repair, maintenance, installation, and full system replacement. Heating includes furnace service, repair, maintenance, installation, and replacement. Indoor air quality covers whole house humidifiers, whole house air purification, and whole house air filtration. Every appointment is booked with a 1 hour arrival window, so homeowners are not left waiting through an open ended block. On a repair visit the technician starts by asking about the symptoms, how long they have been happening, and any noises or smells that were noticed, then performs a visual inspection of the indoor and outdoor units, runs performance testing on airflow and supply and return temperatures, and carries out technical diagnostics that can include a refrigerant pressure check, electrical component testing on the compressor, fan motors, and capacitor, a thermostat check, coil inspection, and a drain line inspection. Findings, the cause, and the recommended repair are explained before any work goes ahead, and technicians arrive carrying common parts so most repairs can be completed on the spot. Signature Heating & Air is a proud Amana dealer and installs systems the company describes as high performance and known for reliability, energy efficiency, and long term comfort. Financing is available through Service Finance and Wisetack, including 0% interest for 12 months on select plans and 0% APR up to 24 months on approved credit, with all financing subject to credit approval. The company says it is proud of its online reputation and has received awards and accolades in subdivisions including South Shore, Saddle Rock, Tallyns Reach, Blackstone, Parkview, Jackson Farms, Tuscany, Piney Creek, Greenfield, and Beacon Point. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

FAQs
How long has Signature Heating & Air been in business?
The company was established in 1999 and describes itself as a trusted HVAC provider for Centennial, CO and surrounding areas since then. It is family owned and operated, and licensed, bonded and insured.
What areas do you serve?
Signature Heating & Air lists Centennial, Aurora, Heritage Eagle Bend, Tallyn's Reach, Littleton, Castle Rock, Pinery, Foxfield, Castle Pines, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Englewood, Greenwood Village, and Parker, CO as its service areas.

How long will I have to wait for the technician to arrive?
All appointments are scheduled with a 1 hour arrival window, so you get a tight time frame rather than an open ended wait.
A contractor says I need a new furnace, but mine is under 10 years old. Is that true?
Signature Heating & Air says most furnaces come with a 20 year warranty on the heat exchanger and 5 to 10 years on parts, and most central air units come with a 5 to 10 year compressor and parts warranty. The company says 99% of the time the system can be repaired, and urges homeowners to get a second or third opinion before spending thousands of dollars when all that may be needed is a repair.
My blower is running but there is barely any airflow. What should I do?
The company says this is usually caused by a packed and dirty air filter, a weak blower motor, or a dirty evaporator coil on the furnace or air handler. Step one is to replace the filter. If you also see water on the mechanical room floor the coil may be frozen, in which case turn the AC off at the thermostat, run the fan option, and call once it has thawed out.
Which air filters do you recommend in Colorado?
Signature Heating & Air recommends thin, inexpensive filters in the summer, since cold air sinks and needs the least restriction to be pushed upward through the house. In winter you can switch to a thicker filter, but be aware that a clogged filter can cause the furnace to short cycle and overheat. For customers concerned with allergies the company recommends a UV light.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing runs through Service Finance and Wisetack, with 0% interest for 12 months on select plans and 0% APR up to 24 months on approved credit. All financing is subject to credit approval and your terms may vary.
