Shores Family Dentistry is a family oriented dental office on Boardwalk Drive in Fort Collins, Colorado, where Dr. Sara Megna, Dr. Brooke Kittell and Dr. Meredith Burns provide judgement-free, gentle dental care. The practice covers general family dentistry including cleanings, exams, sealants, fluoride treatment, periodontics and emergency care, cosmetic work such as teeth whitening, veneers, bonding and Invisalign, and restorative treatment including crowns, bridges, fillings, dentures, root canal therapy, tooth extractions and implant dentistry with All-on-4 implant-supported dentures. Treatment is supported by digital scanners, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras and guided implant surgery, and the team also offers TMJ treatment, night guards, sports mouth guards and sleep apnea treatment. Care is individualized around each patient's needs and goals, and the office accepts most insurance plans alongside an in-house Premier Prevention Program membership plan.

What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
Who are the dentists at Shores Family Dentistry?

Do you take dental insurance?
We accept most insurance plans and will bill your insurance on your behalf for any claims as a courtesy. Please contact your insurance carrier for network participation, and plan to pay any co-pay amounts at the time of service.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
We offer the Premier Prevention Program, an in-house membership plan that includes two preventive cleanings, two periodontal exams, checkup X-rays, two fluoride treatments, two oral cancer screenings, one emergency exam and X-ray, and 13 to 15 percent off other additional treatments. We also work with Cherry and CareCredit.
What payment methods do you accept?
For out-of-pocket costs we accept cash, check and credit cards, specifically Discover, Visa, American Express and Mastercard. We also work with Cherry and CareCredit.
What cosmetic dentistry do you offer?
Our cosmetic services include teeth whitening, dental veneers, dental bonding, Invisalign and XEOMIN. Restorative options such as crowns, bridges and implant restorations are also available.
Do you offer dental implants?
Yes. We provide implant dentistry including dental implant placement, dental implant restorations and All-on-4 implant-supported dentures, with guided implant surgery technology in the office.
