The crew handles residential and commercial moves of any size, long-distance relocations, packing and unpacking, furniture disassembly and reassembly, storage unit and POD loading, organization and decluttering, and clutter removal. Crew members undergo thorough background checks and receive specialized training, and a separate specialized packing team handles fragile and specialty items. The company is licensed and insured under HG #67503, DOT #2962927 and MC #5796, and states it will not surprise you with hidden fees. Moves within Washington State are charged at an hourly rate based on crew size, while long-distance relocations are quoted at a flat rate based on the total weight of your belongings.

How do you price a move?
For moves within Washington State the company charges an hourly rate based on the crew size that best fits your project, and charges for travel time beginning at its headquarters and ending there after your project is complete. For long-distance relocations the flat rate is based on the total weight of your belongings.

Do you offer packing and unpacking?
Yes. A specialized packing team gets to know your needs and concerns before touching your items, and can bring all the supplies needed to complete your pack before move day or drop off supplies if you want to do it yourself. Unpacking service is also offered and includes removing trash and rearranging furniture inside your home however you wish.
Will I get an in-person survey before my move?
You can request a free quote at any time. If you require packing support or are planning a multi-level project, the company will perform a complimentary in-person survey of your home and property.
Do you handle commercial and office moves?
Yes. The company notes that commercial moves are very different and has employees who are experts in this area. The commercial crew knows how to wrap and protect office furniture and equipment and transport it across different types of terrain.
Can you take away items I no longer want?
Yes. Clutter removal is one of the company's services, and it asks that you notify the team beforehand about which items you need taken away. The company finds new homes for old things, donates to local charities, and throws away responsibly.
Do you load storage units and PODs?
Yes. The team will meet you at the POD service center or at your home to load or unload your POD, and brings all supplies and materials necessary to protect your items while they are stored. When unloading a POD into a home with refinished floors, the crew brings floor protection and shoe coverings.
